Landmap Kaia Issues

Statement

Landmap Kaia has been developed using Erdas Apollo Image Manger. Landmap believe that this platform will provide us with the appropriate mechanism to provide a more responsive and a more sophisticated service to Landmap users. However at the moment the current version suffers from several issues. The next version Erdas 2010 has just been released and Landmap will be concentrating efforts on upgrading the current version which addresses many of the issues encountered when developing Landmap Kaia. Below is a list of the known issues which we will not be addressing for this release as the version upgrade should address the issues: -

• Web page note starting; requires JBOSS restarting, Landmap do not have a mechanism to check for this so please report to us when encountered.
• Selection of multiple downloads may not yield a result.
• Indication that you job has finished. A download link is available, however the size of the download is zero. Landmap have tested this in many cases and there is not an accurate mechanism to predict why this is happening. Please try again as this is usually successful with subsequent tries.
