Data Licensing Terms and Conditions of Use

There are four licensing agreements, listed below which your institution will have the opportunity to sign. Your access will depend on the licensing agreements signed by your institution. If a particular dataset is not accessible to you through the Kaia client it may be that your institution has not yet agreed to that particular licence which covers the dataset you require, in this case contact your library or department to request that the necessary licence is signed by your institutions primary contact. Below is a list of these agreements and the datasets covered in the agreement. After downloading any data within Landmap Kaia please refer to these documents to adhere to terms and conditions of use in teaching and research including copyright and citation guidance in the Appendices.

1) Bluesky Datasets PDF (39.1 KB) - include 5m DTM and Colour Infrared.

2) Cities Revealed Datasets PDF (41.9 KB) - include LiDAR, Modern Aerial Photography, Historic Aerial Photography, Building Heights and Building Class.

3) Landmap Derived Datasets PDF (48.5 KB) - Landsat 4/5, Landsat 7, SPOT, ERS 1, ERS 2, ASAR, SRTM and 25m DTM.

4) Infoterra Datasets PDF (41.9 KB) - TopSat, Landsat 4/5 and Landsat 7.
